Chateau Latuc wines
Kir Anglais
Put 2 ice cubes in a wine glass. Add 1 measure of strawberry or raspberry liquer. Top
up with cold Chateau Latuc rosé. Sip slowly while watching Wimbledon.
Fenelon
Take 1 measure of Crême de Cassis or Mûre (blackcurrant of blackberry liqueur). 1
measure of Eau de Vie de Noix (walnut liqueur) and top up with red wine.
